With the principle of research for better health for all at its core, Horizon 2020's Societal Challenge 1 (SC1) related to Health Demographic Change and Wellbeing focuses on personalised health and care. Its updated Work Programme 2017 offers calls for proposals with an overall budget of about € 400 million.
This Info Day will help the participants:
- find out essential information on the call topics in the SC 1 2017 Work Programme
- hear from successful applicants and Commission staff how to develop a good project proposal and take them through the application process, step by step
- find reliable project partners
- get articulate answers to their questions
- find new business opportunities
- actively take part in customised sessions
Connected to the Open Info Day, the EU-funded projects Health-NCP-Net 2.0 and Fit for Health 2.0 are organizing a free of charge Partnering Event on July 7th, 2016 in Brussels which is meant to assist you in finding the right project partners for the upcoming 2017 Health calls.

Los objetivos fundamentales son informar a los futuros profesionales de la Enfermería, Fisioterapia, Podología y Terapia Ocupacional, de aspectos significativos para su ejercicio profesional, como vías acceso al mundo laboral, especialidades y/o formación de Postgrado, Colegios Profesionales, asociacionismo profesional y servicio de Promoción de Empleo UMA.
Se llevará a cabo el día 7 de julio, desde las 09:00 h. a las 14:00 h.
Es necesario preinscribirse a fin de conocer el posible aforo, por si fuera necesario duplicar las intervenciones. Por ello se debe contestar al Correo Interno del Campus Virtual de algunas de las asignaturas de Practicum de 4º curso que recibirán los alumnos, indicando si asistirán a la citada Jornada. Solo a los preinscritos se les podrá garantizar el aforo. La fecha límite para la presinscripción es el 30 de junio (14:00 h.) -

The conference
For more than three years, 23 regions and a total of 42 partner organisations have worked towards making ICT-supported integrated care a reality...in Europe and elsewhere. Now, towards the end of our EU-funded project and at a point in time where key decisions about the mainstreaming of our innovative services are being taken, the time has come to share the results of our work and to discuss them in the wider context of care integration.
To do so, we invite you to join our final conference!
The conference is organised by our coordinating deployment site Friuli Venezia Giulia. Held in beautiful Trieste, the conference will focus on:
- The results of the evaluation of the SmartCare services, piloted in nine European regions
- The lessons learned by the people developing, implemeting and operating the services in the ground
- The socio-economic and business aspects of up-scaling integrated care
- Our Guidelines for the implementation of integrated e-care services
The conference will also feature interim results of two further ongoing pilot projects on integrated care: BeyondSilos and CareWell.
